What better way to enjoy the rainy weather than to snuggle up underneath a blanket on the couch and drink some coffee out of my Ireland mug and reminisce about my time in Dublin?

Earlier this year I experienced my first European trip with the last stop in Dublin. I have to say, if you have the time to go to Ireland, do yourself a favor, and go to the Cliffs of Mohr. The sights are absolutely breathtaking! The calming feeling is unreal, and even though it was misting, I didn't want to leave! You really will not be disappointed.

But on another note, back in the heart of Dublin, I found this donut & coffee shop called The Rolling Donut! Unfortunately, I only have one picture from my experience, and it is not the greatest, so I grabbed some pictures from The Rolling Donut's website/Facebook page- so credit to them!

These donuts are bigger than the size of my palm, and man are they DELICIOUS. It's one of those places where you just don't want the food to be gone because every bite just gets better and better and when it ends, you are sad.

Most if not all of them are filled with some type of cream or jelly, and they have some amazing flavors, which they rotate in and out of the lineup along with their classics! During the five days I was there, I got five donuts...yes five. No I didn't get them all at once and of course, when I was leaving Dublin, I had to grab some to go because they were just THAT GOOD! While I was not doing my blog when I was there, I listed the donuts below and described them as best as I could remember! The dough for each donut that I tried is the same. It's dense and fluffy all at the same time. These donuts are fresh and will get make you full but wanting more because the ratio of frosting, cream and dough is perfect.

My picture above is the following two donuts with the Rolling Donuts Description and my review:

- The Dub: A decadent chocolate ganache coating perfecting complements a delicious vanilla custard cream filling.

*This is on of their top sellers. It's your classic "boston cream" donut that you see here in the states, but way better. The donut is so filling so be aware! It's rich, the cream filling is not overwhelming and the ganache is tasty and smooth.

- Bailys Bliss: A bailys infused cream filling paired with a rich vanilla glaze will leave you feeling blissful

*Probably my least favorite of the five I had. The bailys was not prominent, it almost tasted like The Dub but with white frosting. Still better than most donuts here in the states though.

The other 3 donuts tried:

- Banoffee Pie: A mouth watering banana cream filling paired with a chocolate & caramel glaze on a chocolate sourdough donut

*The banana taste is very prominent, so if you like bananas, try this one! It will not disappoint. You have the banana filling along with a crumble on top of the glaze that completes the taste

-Molly Malone: A scrumptious apple & cinnamon filling topped with a vanilla glaze & biscuit crumble

*This was my favorite! I am normally a chocolate donut kind of person, so I was incredibly shocked at how much i loved this donut. The apples that were in the filling were not overwhelming. It almost tasted like an apple pie as it had all the components even with the crumble on top acting as the "crust". This was the first donut I had here, and it made me want more!!

-Coconut Creme Pie: This donut had a creme filling with a vanilla glaze and coconut shavings.

*I have an obsession with coconut. The only thing I wished was putting the coconut on a chocolate glaze because I love those two options together, but this option was brilliant. The donut was covered with the coconut shavings and the filling was coconutlious. If you love coconut this is a must.

Cliffs of Mohr

*Cliffs of Mohr. The beauty and peacefulness is unreal and the picture doesn't do it justice.
